AMD will hold a Bristol Ridge and Polaris Livestream on June 1st

I am keen to see what they are gonna put on the table in terms of both CPU and APU and also their gfx offerings.
Really hope they can become competative with the big boys again.

Yeah so much for "Polaris is delayed" from that terrible website that's heavily Nvidia biased(says at the bottom of each anti-AMD article they post).

Don't think i'll be able to watch this live though. Unfortunate as I'd like to hear of any new announcements asap

Don't you worry we'll be on the ball and reporting as fast as we can.

Right having had the news that nvidia are greedy bunch of c#### I'm now keeping an eye on this.

Will polaris compete with Pascal or is it aimed at mid range?

Vega will be the high end option as far as I have gathered; with Polaris being the mid range cards

Ya the news team here is fantastic! I've no doubt they will continue to pump out articles like champs:)

What he said ^^^^
AMD announced it was mid range line couple months back during an investor's meeting or some sort. Then again, doens't mean performance will be mid range. Just means price will be. They may just very well surprise us. Have to wait and see. Personally I can't wait to find out how good they are of OC'ers. Fiji was a let down unfortunately.

Bad overclockability isn't a dealbreaker for me; it's more like a bonus feature if it's a good OC'er :D But that might be because I'm itching to get rid of my 660Ti :p

It seems to be Polaris 11=R9 470/mobile, Polaris 10=R9 480/x, Vega 10=R9 490/x Vega 11=Fury2/x.

There should be some AM4 Motherboards announced at this event too. Hopefully we will see some PCIE storage like M.2 and USB 3.1

Well the flagship mobility GPU better pack a nice punch. 390x performance would be nice given how the 980m performed.
