AMD Vega 10 and Vega 20 information leak

I'm really eager to see how this all settles at the end of the day. There's a lot of speculation and murmuring going around about how these new cards will perform. Some are saying that if Vega cannot beat or compete with a Titan XP then it's all for nothing, and positioning Vega between GP102 and 104 would replicate the same problem as the Fury X. At this stage I personally have no idea how any of it is going to perform, especially considering there is this new rumour of a 7nm Vega 20 GPU. Maybe that will be the GPU that keeps AMD in the high-end game when nVidia release Volta x80 late in 2017 or early in 2018. Or maybe that's their pro GPU for deep learning and content creators to replace the Pro Duo as it was rumoured to have 32GB of HBM2. I really hope we hear some definitive news soon that categorizes everything and settles some of the arguments. Surely definitive information will encourage consumers to endure until Vega is released and not succumb to the 1070/1080/Titan XP temptation that I imagine many are experiencing. It'll also help their share holders and increase AMD hype.

Techpowerup suggested that Vega 11 will be a Polaris 10 replacement and will be situated in the midrange category. They stipulated it would be slightly above the RX480 in performance, but with improved efficiency. That makes sense to me, somewhat, as otherwise there would be a massive gap between the RX480 and the Vega 10 GPU, which is purported to be 1080 levels. It's not like AMD to leave huge gaps in their product line-up so I suspect Vega 11 will be a smaller GPU that will perform like a Fury X, thus filling the void. But it also doesn't make sense because that leaves Vega 10 and Vega 20 all of their own. Maybe if they release two or more graphics cards with the Vega 10 GPU like they did with Fiji (Fury X and Fury). I personally want to see plenty of variety and not just a couple of GPU's with large gaps between them, both in pricing and performance.
