I think they can. They shattered their 20x25 goal almost 5 years early. They are well on their way too completing this one.

I love what AMD is doing but they need to work more on software implementation. Hardware is really good, but Intel is still a preferred choice because "It just works." Even though it is a meme about Nvidia it is an absolute truth.
