AMD confirms that its Zen 6 EPYC "Venice" chips will use 2nm TSMC CCDs.​

Considering these will be on AM5 so we can reuse our current mobos, It will be interesting seeing a single 12 core CCD with 3D V-Cache clocking in over 5.50GHz.
 
A decent jump in lithography all things considered. Will definitely be a while before we see anything. Epyc going first makes sense.

If it it like prior releases, Ryzen and EPYC will use the same CCDs. It just makes sense for AMD to announce EPYC as the server side is where the highest margin products are. IE, it's what the stocks and shares people like to see.
 
I would imagine it would still go first priority for stock allocation. Get more money from corporations than consumers. Although they likely have a list of orders already for it so they can predict stock accordingly.

Idk just speaking out loud. I'm not in the market for anything tbh. My 7600x is more than enough for everything I play.
