AMD Radeon Software Crimson Drivers rumored to come on November 24th

AMD's new Radeon Software - Crimson Edition are rumored to be made available to the public on November 24th. Does that mean that their is no day one Fallout 4 driver?

AMD released a driver yesterday(4/11/2015) that had BO3 performance optimizations. But hopefully they can get another driver out asap so when PC sites benchmark these games they can look better and hopefully increase there sales which they need to do badly.
