Wish they pushed the envelope more. But for a small 5nm to 4nm process jump I guess it's about par for course.

The fact they cowered and avoided releasing pricing information after NVIDIA announced their prices, along with obvious cost-cutting measures not being made like, why do they have PCI-E 5.0 on these cards? Surely it's more expensive than 4.0 and naturally, it doesn't provide any benefit, so why not cut costs, to lower prices, undercut NVIDIA and make the cards relevant?

As always I just dont believe AMD and I'm expecting a disappoint generation that should be about the same in Price/Performance than current gen, meaning people won't buy it because it's not cheaper than NVIDIA enough to make up for their shortcomings even though the raw rasterization performance is there and it will ultimately fail to earn AMD any market share.

That's what I expect and I will only believe anything better than this when I see it.

The GPU arms race is over. Totally over. It ended after the 30/6000 series.

So you either now go to Nvidia and cough up a kidney, or you just get something half decent and game with it. But the bragging wars etc are over.

So what you should hope for is a mid range affordable card that can run games. Because that is all you ever needed.
