Seems more like a small refresh tbh. Not enough imo.

It is a refresh. A bit of tinkering here and there, but not a huge transformation. The big NPU performance gains are nice, but the problem is that nobody cares about the NPU. Normal consumers have no idea what that is and don't see it as a benefit.
