In 2014, eBay announced plans to spin-off PayPal into an independent company by mid-2015 and this was completed on July 18, 2015

Paypal is not owned by ebay. They were at one point but not for a couple years now.

I wouldn't buy stuff from Scan with your money. Worst company I have ever bought from. Constantly selling stuff that is out of stock, then taking days to tell you and their customer service? hahaha what's that?
