AM2+ Suggestion

Hey,

My motherboard is to be replaced under RMA. But ebuyer do not stock the crosshair any more. So I would like a suggestion, please.

I was just going to buy one form them thats £120, but then thought that there ought to be a cheaper one? Dunno....

I took a look at this one:

All and any help will be gratefully taken ;D

Anything on a 790 chipset will be excellent. The mobo above and below the one you've listed there (the GB UD4 or the Asus M79a) would be great choices.

Not sure why you'd stick with the n780 chipset, unless SLI is key to you, but from your PC specs it isn't. Although sticking with the nvidia would save a reformat.

I couldnt see anything else with teh money that i had to use that was on ebuyer that was nvidia and amd2 +

I think the 5870 makes SLI redundant.
