It has been announced that all of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3's campaign will be unlocked from the start, allowing players to play it in any order they wish.

Yay for Starbuck though, i've had a thing for Katee Sackhoff for years. Can't wait for EVE Valkyrie so I can pretend i'm in BSG with her as my co-pilot

Not sure about this letting you do the levels how and when you want, a few games have done this in the past and they just don't feel right because they have to make them fit together no matter which order you play them. Not sure if that is how they are going about it but I hope not.
