I'll be far more impressed when we start seeing sub £90 boards doing this. The cheapest atm is an Asrock costing £90 but we need to see it on £50 boards really to make it worth bothering with.

Mind you, having said that the locked I5 is quite a bit cheaper than the K series and apparently they both clock about the same so it could be worth it in that regard.

Not bad but they still need to be cheaper for the I3. If you were going locked I5 with a bus OC then yeah, definitely worth the cash. I just think it's a little too expensive for an I3 rig.

I say the first company to offer a £50/£60 board that will overclock an I3 will create a whole lot of sales.

When it comes to a lot of news it is not worth posting stuff that is old as it won't get read.

I can't be writing news 24/7, so sometimes life will just get in the way of me getting stuff up.

MSI got an article as when I found it it was new for them and not reported elsewhere.

Right now non-k CPUs only work on boards from a few manufacturers and since Intel does not officially support it it is really hard to tell how this is all going to end.
