Its hard to see exactly what it does...but looking at the site, i'd say its got some kind of TEC in there!

TBH, they sound pretty shit. If i read that review right, they only offer a 2oc temp drop in case temps.......which lets face it, a 120mm fan could do.

Yeah I asked at Kustom and they said they were stocking them for comedy value (well they got sent some cheap and can't get rid of them) and they were pretty useless!
