Air 240 SSD mount

Hi guys,

I am stuck between the Node 804 and Air 240 for my mATX build. The reason I was going for the Node was because it has a mount to show off an SSD in the front. I was wondering if anyone has had enough experience with the Air 240 and knows if there is any way to get an SSD mounted in the front of it?

Bit of a crude way of doing it, but its simply a double sided sticky pad, 1.5mm thickness

The only problem is I plan on going for a micro build, not mini. That is pretty nifty though. I am still unsure why this hasn't become a thing for some cases now.

Hey Kambo.

I noticed you have the combo card installed.Are you using that for WiFi, and if so, where do you have the antennas attached?

Yeah i use it for WiFi, the antennas connect on the rear I/O shield

Well, even with a slightly wider motherboard I think it would still end at the grommet where Kambo's 24 pin goes in. Also, if you don't use a radiator in the front you've got an extra 25mm to move it towards the front of the case

Yeah I plan on using a H100i. The whole builds costing about 4k AUD. I just want it all to work.
