it's unfair for your rig!

don't forget that psu is the heart of your system.

I would change it with sth a little bigger and surely more reliable.

I am with elder_scrol on this one, Thermaltake PSU's are in the same boat as OCZ's to me atleast, I would look at Corsair. They have a great track record and they have some more economical solutions but at the same quality as the higher priced ones.

agree with the above about the psu. For a single gpu a 650 is plenty. If you plan on sli at anytime then get an 850.

if u can't stress ur budget so much I would recommend an xfx 650 psu.

imo it's very reliable and has seasonic guts, if u know what I mean

I look at it like this. I would spend about 60% of what I spend on CPU or GPU for a PSU. The old saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. But there are other options out there.

ive worked out that the Corsair 650w modular will be sufficient

I think you will like it alot better, you will be able to pick and choose what cables you want, and in the future you will be able to change them out for indivually braided cables for that bling bling effect.

Personally I wouldnt know havent taken had any experience with it. You should check to see if Tom did a review on it on the OC3D channel on youtube. If he doesnt have a video review for it check all the retailer sites like Newegg and Performance PC's for costumer reviews

i use a silverpower 650w psu to power a overclocked 2500k and a overclocked gtx580 and it does this with ease a good power supply is a must and the amps on the 12volt rail are also important also silverpower psu's have seasonic guts so are good quality powersupplys at a good price

just a quick question, will the Corsair 650W AX-650 ATX, work with the Gigabyte 560ti OC, since it requires 2 6 pin externals? sorry for the dumb questions haha

The AX650w accomidates both 8 pin and 6 pin, basically it has a 6pin with a 2 pin on the pci express plugs so you can run either. And it comes with 4 of those cables.
