Hey All,

I haven't be able to work this one out.

I would like to go paperless like for monthly bills and stuff like that, most of the companies who i'm with do online billing to it makes it easier cause it's already in PDF format but i would like to know how i could add another PDF to the one i already have, I know i'm probably overlooking something and the PDF program i'm using is Foxit.

I any of you guys can come up with something better or easier, please don't say Adobe ^_^

Thanks all

The first question that comes up in my head is "can you even?"... as far as I know, you can't add another PDF file into an already existing one. Specifically PDF files are a beach when it comes to this, literally. I've never had so many rages on something than what I've had with PDF files lmao ...

You would think these day you should be able to do it

In all seriousness - convert it from a PDF to Word and just copy and paste it. There's online converters or if you have a pro version of Adobe Acrobat you can do it.

Okay i will look into doing do that, I might just have to buy the pro version then.

Thanks for that

PDF24 (https://en.pdf24.org/) is a free programm that will merge pdf files (it has other functions too). Maybe in some cases where the creator of the pdfs set them up so they can't be tinkered with it won't work, but generally it does. Just tested it myself.

From a personal viewpoint if you are archiving bills and important documents I would rather not merge them but create a folder structure and naming scheme. It will be easier to find and organise stuff.
If you need a document later you won't have to extract it from the pdf to send it via mail. The other side can't say you messed with it and so on.

I was just thinking i should have worded it a lot better than i did.

My plan is i'm not going to have a massive PDF for 1 bill what i'm doing is 1 PDF fill per month but i pay all of my bills using something called BPay not sure if you guys have BPay but you would have something similar so i would be adding the BPay to the normal bill for every month.

Hopefully you understand what i just said.

OK, that makes sense.

print them both, then re- scan it and email it to yourself. Scan both copies as one pdf :P

I have tried that maybe it's the scanner i'm using doesn't do a good job esp with some colours like yellow and too much see through from the other size of the page, Cannon may not make the best scanners maybe the scanner i'm using is not very good, It's going to be a settings issue tho, Thanks

I think the free version of adobe reader can do a pdf merge

I will have to look into that thanks

Or maybe even email Adobe and ask if they know any solutions or tips to your issue?... that's what I would maybe do, worth a shot though :)
