Adding Memory.

I am thinking of spending 30quid on another 1Gb of Corsair XMS2.

How would this effect my system?

I have already beaten the 11k mark on 3Dmark and that is only with 1GB of ram.

Would help in games like BF2 and STALKER. RAM hungry games like that.

Also, it will make general usage much smoother all together.

Go for it dude. I keep having too swap between 1 & 2 atm (stupid POS mobo...) and 2 is SO much smoother.

For £30 you can't go wrong and when I went from 1 to 2 last year I noticed games would load much faster and everything felt 'snappy'.

Plus you will be going dual chanel so, yes, do it.
