Adaptive Or Override Undervolting

Right been really confused by this to the point im beginning to think im totally thick or doing something drastically wrong. Ive been trying to get my voltage as low as possible and stable so I have a point to start overclocking my CPU. After watching numerous videos and trying various methods I am still no closer to my goal. Some say use Adaptive on both Vcore and Ring Voltage Mode, others say use Override and some say dont change anything but the Vcore voltage .So after many different trial and error attempts I'm in desperate need of advice any help videos or hints please be free to give them along with any criticism I deserve for being totally dull :p

For the overclocks you can achieve using that CPU cooler, your not going to need or even consider changing any other voltages aside from the core voltage. Also didnt really understand your question, however adaptive vcore is a bit harder to use, well not harder to use, just harder to get it perfect. Though it will reduce temps, power consumption etc somewhat during idle and some load.

yea im pretty well limited at the moment but have a H100i on its way this week so would just love to get the stable stock voltage now with this cooler so i can do better with whats coming and although it may seem a futile exercise I have been tinkerring with this for a week to get it down to go up and now im peeved that something silly is defeating me and now cant let it go

I see, best of luck then. I always use adaptive for my overclocks anyways, its just takes a tad bit longer to get it perfect.
