Acer reveals their Nitro XV273K 4K 144Hz FreeSync monitor

That's cool and all, but my current 4K panel at 28" feels a bit small. A screen this small really doesn't show off the difference between 2160p and 1440p, not to mention it's unusable for desktop work without scaling. I got this one cheap off a mate but I wouldn't bother going smaller than 32" for a new 4K screen.

4K needs a minimum of 32", Even when I'm at home I use a 49" 4K panel for my desktop stuff, Couldn't ever use 4K at such a small size especially with horrible windows scaling.

I agree, 1440p remains ideal for 27-inch screens. To make the best use of 4K you need a larger monitor to appreciate the difference.

So 450 euros for G-sync? Wow

Well, the G-Sync also has the gamery stand, but yeah, basically.

Disagree. It will look ever better and sharper in 4K on a, say, 27” monitor. And windows 10 scaling for the text etc is really good.
