Just to let everyone know, thanks to Jim I will be back online tonight and hopefully stronger than ever

Why you may ask? Well Mr Jim has built me a proper overclocked pc whoo hooo!!

This thing is going to be so much better than my old system and he told me that with a bit of mild tweaking, it already came back with a SuperPI score of 30 seconds (my old PC came back with something like 57 seconds lol).

Jim was confident this would dip under 30 seconds once he'd fully set it up, so hopefully now, my CSS will run even smoother and more importantly, I'll kill a LOT more

Whoo hoooo....can't wait Feel like Superman with a new cape haha!

Well Jim spec'd it for me and has built it (pick up tonight )...here's what I went for:

Case: Lian-Li PC-7 Black Aluminium

PSU: Hiper Type R 580watt

Mobo: DFI Lan Party

Memory: OCZ 1GB PC4800 Dual Channel Platinum Series running at 533mhz

CPU: AMD Opteron running at 2.8ghz

Cooling: ThermalRight XP-90C + YS-Tech FD9325 92mm Fan

Gfx: XFX GeForce 6800 GS Extreme XXX (gonna get another one in the new year and run in SLI )

Mods: 2 x Blue Neon Cathodes + Window for the case.

This system should blow the socks off my old PC and also, will stop my CSS jolting and lagging as it has been! Can't wait to test it out in a match lol

Overclocking & Modding is a drug mate. And whats so bad about it is there aint no "overclockers anonymous" to help you out. Once your sucked in, every penny you earn goes on that spanking new hardware that you import from the USA because they dont even sell it in the UK yet.

You dance around the room naked beating your hairy chest when you beat someones benchmark scores.

You spend £1000 on your machine if you loose against someones bencharks scores

And if you fry your rig trying to get your overclock further, you take an overdose of paracetamol mixed with vodka.

Well I picked the new rig up from Jim and what can I say....it is fantastic!!

I wanna thank Jim as this is simply the best PC I have ever had! Everything runs amazingly well, it boots up fast, runs fast and doesn't look like a Christmas tree (my old case was BAD!).

Little attachment of my SuperPI score and it beats my old systems time of 57 seconds somewhat hehe!!

I'll get some photos up at some point today also

My last pc came back with 137 FPS and my new one.....308.14 FPS
