Yeah, wondering that myself. I'd wager it's the former, not the latter. I see no reason for it not to be popular. And there are those I've seen online saying they've bought them - though that happens with every launch. I don't think the demand is as high as the 9070 stuff in terms of day-one sales. I'd guess - just a guess - that cards like the 9060XT are not so much about day-one hype. As they're a card that the masses will buy, the masses are not usually day-one buyers... or at least not ones avidly following PC hardware, so may not know when a card will be released. 9070 had more hype and demand from gamers who are really into PC hardware. That's my guess.
