Hi,
I´ve build my new pc yesterday and today I try to get the OC working. With the configuraton in the attachment I was able to run prime95 for about 30 minutes without problems. After a restart I´ve run cinebench and got a bluescreen.
What is wrong with the settings I´ve choose?
Spec:
i7 980x
Mushkin Enhanced Blackline Frostbyte DIMM Kit 12GB PC3-12800U CL9-9-9-24 (DDR3-1600)
MSI X58A-GD65
Noctua NH-D14
UPDATE: I changed the QPI to 1.25V, vcore to 1.368V, QPI freg. to 6400GT, multi 133x31, EIST to enabled so i overclock via the turbo modus.
Currently running prime95 for about 20 mins with temps between 76-82° : /
UPDATE2: Bluescreen nach 40 min prime
