9800pro or fx 5900?

This is my dilemna guys, I have access to both the cards above but do not know which is best. I believe it would be the 5900 but would like a little confirmation.

I had a 9800pro i flashed to the XT. Had it for about 2 to 3 years before i got a 6800GT. Thing made mince meat of all the FX cards and even most games.
