Does this card NEED PCI-E 2.0 to run properly? Or will it work fine on a standard PCI-E board.

pci-e 2.0 is backwards compatible with pci-e 1

so you shouldn't have any problems

I have seen the newer PCI-E 2.0 cards perform better on PCI 2.0 instead of 1.0

But it will still work regarldess

It'll run fine on any PCI-e board, just like all the G92 based Nvidia cards.............
