Since i didn't win the contest... (hehe)

i wanted to get an 8800gts 320mb for my comp.

My bday is next week, so ill be getting tons of money

also, i wanted to get an x2 3800+ so i dont bottleneck the card, would that be ok? or still a huge bottleneck. of course, it would be at 2.4ghz, the max i can get while not OCing my ram. its value :P

its gonna be $350+ tax at canadacomputers.com XFX card

What you think? Oh cpu is $100 + Arctic Freezer Pro for $35 ish i believe!

Or do i wait till ATI releases their stuff, and price drops, or for dx10 stuff, ahhh confuzled

Rob, you have heard my response to this.

And I hope everything goes well.

The 3800+ x2 will be a welcome improvement to your CPU at the mo.

And shouldn't bottleneck the GPU too much or mybe not at all.

Running it under the Arctic freezer should give you a pretty good overclock.

Good luck matey! :p

Oh ill deff get some benchies going, COH/CSS/HL2/and i can play Test drive cranked!! lol

thing is, i need to be 100% the PSU is gonna work, would hate to shell out that much cash then need an extra $150 for psu

I have 2 vantec torandos in the front, 1 antec tri speed 120mm exhaust, 2 dvd drives, and w/e it says in my profile for my comp's specs
