Wow, bought this 88gts over at cpc forums for £50 shipped. Its a BFG OC model. Replaced the cooler with a zalman VF900, going to replace ramsinks etc soon.

Pushed it to this thus far:

and with a stock e8500 and undersped ram it yeilds around 13.5k in 3dmark06.

Once I get my water set up I am going to go for a big benching session.
 
Tis a really great card. Mine is from before the 9800gtx series took all the good g92 88gts chips.
 
*cuddles hs SLIed 8800 GTS's@ dont have the guts to OC them yet, theyre still canning anything i throw at them so no need yet!
 
Mine died and had to be RMA'd lol :p But know what you mean, its ridiculous how well they still do in todays games! A true legend those cards :D
 
I would class my 8800GT..was a shame to see her go.. as being one of the best cards ever built. Value for money was fantastic.

That would go on my wall of fame.
