Looks like a very clean PCB. Single PCI-E slot, smaller tech node (65nm I think) Performance should be roughly on a par with an 8800GTS. The bus on these cards is 256-bit, Vs 320-bit on the current 8800GTS and 384-bit for the GTX and Ultra

cooler mounting hole spacing looks the same as current G80- thats important and very good to know!

Prices should be good, especially as its mid-range. The high-end will be released to combat ATIs shrunk 2900, which I believe nVidia are taking seriously.

What RAM will be available (type/Size)?

Looks nice - certainly could be the right set-up for a well priced SLI set-up that wont suffer with CPU limits kicking in too early (that is to say should scale well).

Now all we need is a decent SLI core2 Quad mobo ;)

I think its a 512MB card, natively, although maybe scope for a 256MB model too?

A decent SLI board would be great, but I cant see it happening fo a while yet. See my other new thread in the mobo section for 780i!!

Uh-oh! Potential spanner in the works......

Apparently this card will have 112 stream Processors, but will still be called an 8800GTS.

Theres also different opinions ranging on the memory interface and volume of RAM.

Soooo.....somethings coming, with some stream processors, some RAM and a memory bus. After that.... who knows!
