7300GT any good

is the 7300GT any good as a gaming card, how would it compare with a 6600? is there a better card i could get for the same or similar price ($125 australian..?about$90 american?)

7300gt is a lower end 7800 basically so its not all that good if your wanting to game with all the eyecandy etc but also depends what games your playing..

save some money and get a better card tbh (7900gt or even a 7800gt)

From what I've heard the 7300GT's are some seriously badass cards in that price/performance range. Not sure but I *think* someone told me you could unlock the pipes and OC it to 7800 specs.

Two of them in SLi at around stock clocks = ~7900GT. There was a comparison over @ XS .
