Yeah but TJS, you wouldn't clock that high with QUAD, unless you wana shell out alot more for Cooling.

Who says you would have to shell out a lot more for cooling? That lovey-dovey HSF you're using to overclock your current E6600 will still the job for your q-c (slight differences in the innards of the d-c and q-c make different coolers better suited, like a swiftech storm for single-core vs. an apogee for a dual-core and maybe a quad-core... we'll find out soon enough).
