6800GT Bios mod - Should I?

Well, now that I know how to make sure I my specific BIOS, mod it, and flash it, do you think I should bump up my voltage to 1.4v? At XS, it seems opinions are fairly split on whether it is safe or not. I have a BFG one

I bumped the voltage on my old GT up 0.2v, it pretty much killed the card after 2 months (wouldnt even run at stock speeds).

I'd say not to do it unless you are water cooling ur vids, or u don't mind replacing your card in a few months
