500 internal Server Error

I've had this pop up a few times while browsing the internet but I can't take it seriously.

THe first line reads "500 internal server error"

The next 3 lines read "Sorry, something went wrong. A team of highly trained monkeys has been dispatched to deal with this situation. If you see them, show them this information."

The rest is complete nonsense and I have no clue what this is.

Do you get that on a specific website or does it just randomly happen? I had that problem with Youtube yesterday, and it is a problem on their part and the monkey thing is just their way of humoring a disgruntled user.

yep - YT was fubar'd yesterday (only for a while) - all fixed now though
