3770K gaming temps

My temps while gaming, forexample SC II is up in the low 70's isnt this a little high..

Prime95 blend/small FFT's brings me to the 80's close to the 90's..

My rig is running 4.6Ghz at 1.27v with LLC at Ultra high, it wont be stable with just High. But whatever

H100 with 3x Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850RPM's in a CM Storm Trooper, both front fans set to blow cold air inside.

Ok temps? Oddly high?

Have the fans exhausting out the top of the case.
Temps arent that bad.
But:
I can manage 4.5ghz on 1.2v, whereas I need around 1.26v to get stable at 4.6ghz.

You probably better dropping the clocks down 100mhz, and therefore the voltage down a fair bit too, and that will save a fair bit on temps.

That's what I'd do anyway - well, it's what I have done
But your temps aren't necessarily hot enough to warrant that

Ive done 4.5 now, thought about it earlier but was like meh. 1.205v 78c max Prime95 with 25c on the room, ill keep this

My temps are 45 idle and on 3.9 and with 4.5GHz.
For gaming I didn't saw above 60C at 4.5GHz, but I can see freely 99% times under 55C.

I'll get 50's to 60's when it's under a cpu intensive game with the stock cooler @ 4.0ghz but with default voltage, cpu usage varying between 95-100%'ish. Prime gets it a LOT higher though, 71c

ummm, temps do seem a little bit higher than normal for that CPU. Maybe trying to re-apply more thermal paste? a different thermal paste?
