I am looking to replace my 32" lcd tv in my bedroom with a 32" Monitor or TV but better for gaming and watching movies etc.
I currently play games at 1080p resolution.
Monitor has to be max size of 32" as it fits in my bed, I have only found a few like

The Monitor also needs VESA mounting.
Am I better getting a monitor or will a good LED tv be just as good, will I notice the difference gaming at 1080p on either.
I am thinking of going to 2K gaming so a monitor or TV at 1440 would be ok also.
I would like any recommendations as real world experience is better than the stuff the companies put out.
