Hi,
just like it says in the title. How do I control that fan in this situation?

Is it even possible? Maybe connecting the connector to a chassis fan header on the motherboard will work?

This is the CPU cooler I am using:

Heh. Right. That is actually cheaper and easier. I'll take that route.

Anyone could recommend some cheap PWM fans? Like up to $12.

The only one I know of is the expensive Noctua NF-F12's, but recently found out that Bitfenix and even Corsair (?) now has PWM fans ...
Say whaaat?

Well, I found a 120 PWM fan for $6 so the dearch is over. SilentiumPC Zephyr 120 PWM. It's a local Polish brand so that's why it's so cheap.

some motherboards are able to control the speed of a non pwm cpu fan. Worthwile to check your mainboard manual and bios.

This, if your mobo has the option to change the control mode to "voltage" instead of "PWM" it should work just fine.

It's going to be the Maximus VII Hero. Now I know I will be able to control the fans with what comes in AI Suite III.
