I am wanting to buy a 2700k for a computer I will build soon, I wish OC this CPU to 4.2ghz. How will I know what voltage to use for the ghz?

Trial and error! Start just by over clocking it at stock volts until it becomes unstable then add a little bit of voltage until you get to 4.2, shouldn't take much and don't go above 1.4v.

Have you got adequate cooling?

If you are OCing you might want to consider the 2600k, or 2500k if you don't want hyper threading. Same performance for cheaper.

I have found one already OC'd but I don't know whether to buy it or not

tom had done a review on the older dominator build with the 2500k 4.7 OC.

he was pretty taken by the build and the extra attention to detail for the money

paid. he did approve ofthe package and said there was room for growth for add-ons

for future use. i believe he gave it a thumbs-up for this.. so the new gladiator

series is a newer build-up.. contact aria for the specifics and come join us with

a new feel for speed...
