2560x1440 which cards

I'm running my games on a 2560x1440 resolution and a single card isn't cutting it.

will I be okay memory wise with 2x 570s?

Should be ok, but if you have doubts there are the 2GB HD69x0 cards. I would go with the 570 SLI setup as a personal preference as I experienced various issues with AMD cards when using a dual-link DVI output at 2560x resolutions.

The best value is the 6950, they have 2 gig frame buffers and will overclock to preform like the 6970. You can get a pair of 6950 for $540.00 or (334.68 GBP)

At 2560x1440 the 570's 1.25 gig frame buffer is to small. They are much more expensive as well, the pair will cost you

$700.00 or (433.84 GBP).

the 570's seem like a waist of a 100 quid to me.

I noticed this earlier gainward gtx 560 2gb not sure if they take up 2 or 3 slots like the 570 but maybe a option?
