2 different 2070 chips in circulation

Anyone else aware that the rtx2070 has 2 different chips? :

Every RTX card has 2 different chips. XXXA, and XXX (without A). Those marked with A are overclocking chips binned from factory by Nvidia, and are on more expensive cards. Non-A chips are for low end cheep cards, and they can't overclock that high.

Edit: Example:
RTX 2080 Ti Strix will have A chip
RTX 2080 Ti Turbo will have non-A chip
