1st decent stable clock,

Hey,

i've got a major case of mhz fever,

this is my 1st good stable clock,

prime 95 has been running blend for bout half an hour now,

n looks good,

goin to leave it got another few hours,

runnin an i7 940 (2.93) at 3.8ghz,

190*20

air cooled with a noctua NH-U12P, ( best invention ever!!)

HT is off,

I really wat to hit 4ghz but dont think it can go that far with out WC,

(next purchase)

whata y'all think?

good clock dude, i wouldn't feel right OC'ing an i7 more than 4ghz withouth WC, here were i am is pretty hot, but i think you can get 4ghz, afterall you probably live in a cold place. just one question wich temps are you getting mate?, also congratz on your first OC

the temps are in the attached image,

Max cpu is bout 50C

ops, my bad, i saw the pics too fast and didnt noticed lol, anyways the temps are at full cpu no? if they are the OC is pretty good man, i7 is a good heater for cold rooms , i wonder how they are at iddle, because 50c isnt much for the OC you did
