120 Rad that Exactly Fits 120mm Fan Space?

Does anyone know of a 120 rad that is exactly 120mm width?

My case's rear fan space is exaclty 120mm wide, and all the 120 rads I can find are actually wider than that so they won't slide into the space. Even if I mount the rad on top of the fan for a pull configuration, if it's wider than 120mm the side panel won't fit on.

Thx.

Well i start off to say that 120 rads are not worth it. Better off getting a new case or finding a different mounting point. 120 rads will cool just as well as AIO. A custom 240 rad/loop is the minimum for water cooling.

What case you using? Pics would help too.. And most fans are wider than 120mm. The frame goes beyond the screw/thread point. So it shouldn't be exactly that wide..

It really depends what the OP is trying to achieve as to whether a 120mm radiator is worth it, they can be surprisingly effective. There is no minimum for watercooling, more information is required to advise the OP in that regard.

120mm fan hole centers are 105mm, the bodies generally are exactly 120mm, typically radiators are 124-128mm.

Magicool Slim radiators appear to be 120mm wide from the spec sheets, there may be others just the first I found. - http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/p/Magicool-G2-Slim-Radiator-16-FPI-120mm-_49757.html

Here is a picture link to the spot:

120mm fans have an overall dimension are 120mm, and the rear spot is exactly that. Its so tight that the fan will almost stay there without any mounting hardware. You can also see that the fan edge is practically right flush with the case edge, so if I could find a 120 rad that has overall dimensions of 120mm I could mount it on top of the fan for a pull configuration.

This was my first water cooling venture and I am trying to plan to add a new future GPU into the loop. I have been researching water cooling for two months and using the minimum requirement of a 120 rad per component. This is an older budget case (Apevia X-Sniper 2), and isn't fully designed for water cooling, no 220 or 240 rad will fit anywhere except on top and I want to keep it all in the case if I can. A new case isn't in the budget, however being a 15 year case modder I'm sure I can make it work, (although I'm not ready to cut and drill in this case just yet, hence the bane of my effort).

I quickly looked at the magicool link and they are stating 120mm dimension specs, so I am going to pursue that further to be sure, thanks for the link, it might be the answer. That spot can even accommodate a thicker rad which would be very beneficial in this setup.

Thx.

All say that a 120mm rad is not worth it but in my opinion it all depends WHERE you use it and for what. If you had to cool something with only a 120mm rad then for me it would be the GPU - it would cool well and the benefits are much higher than being able to cool the cpu.

Now to your question about a rad that is max 120mm then I would say the standard would be 124mm wide.
