I also contacted them to get the latest and greatest BIOS with no luck, they claim 015.018 is the last available for the card and the hardware does not support the 850/925 boost, go figure!
I've tried the fast boot and seems to work, takes around 2 seconds to display the windows logo, I'd say it doesn't get much faster than that?
