That it does! Question I have is does it allow you to play any previous games races? Such as say Bretonnia or Empire? Because you technically don't own them and that's how it works on steam

I just hope they don't give the same excuse for downsizing significantly that Warhammer 2 got. They took an extra 3 years on this game there should be no technical limitations.

I got TW:Warhammer 1 gifted to me ages ago and number 2 free from a hardware purchase but I just cannot get into them, Really wish we could have a proper base building Dawn of War style game again even if it is in the WH fantasy universe instead of 40K.
