i guess in the right build it has a place but as good as the fans are and come in different colours it's an odd choice to make the card this disgusting lol

Maybe they wanna show it off in a case with other Noctua fans and a liquid chocolate custom cooling loop lol.

Faux leather shroud

Hope there is a limited edition where the shroud gets coated in faux leather.

I love it. Similar to what I have done with my gpu, by removing the shroud and fans and strapping two noctuas on it. Greatly improved noise and cooling, dont know why more manufacturers dont do this? Too large of a card?

i guess the overall acceptance would be greater with black fans.. but who would know it is a noctua/asus partnership?



you look at this card and you know it has noctua fans.



i don´t mind.. i don´t have a kids terrarium. my cases have no window.
price / performance is what counts for me.

plus the fact I think a 4 slot design is unacceptable in todays standards.. Doesnt matter if SLI is dead, or its high performance. It looks awful, heavy and that GPU slot better have Titanium reinforced framework to stop the sag

I really like the colors of the shroud. Paint the case with same colors, some Noctua themed cables, bunch of NF-A12x25 fans, warm white LEDs, and a good ol' ASUS Sabertooth board. A perfect match. Oh my... I want that rig...

Isn't it amazing what can be achieved with 'Photoshop' these days?


Until I see one in Tom's sweaty palms, I'll leave off thinking this is realsies, tah very much. But if it were I actually quite like the aesthetic. Much as I can see where other colours might make sense; these are the only ones that actually shout Noctua. All other things being equal; if it is actually realsies; has a metal shroud; and does what it says on the tin, I'm all in: this would be the 3070 I would buy.
