MSI reveals overclocking data for Intel's Comet Lake series CPUs

5+ GHz overclock seem to be fairly common.

The i9's could have a 90% 'A' rating..and I'd still probably end up with a 'B' or 'C' rated chip..

You've misread the graph; the further left the line, the more voltage is needed to reach a particular clock speed. Intel's binning is such that the 10900K/KF reaches higher frequencies at lower voltages compared to 10700K/KF and then the 10600K/KF.
