Epic Games offers $1 million for proof of a "smear campaign" against Houseparty

Hmm 1.5 stars in the Play Store... People complaining that their Instagram and Spotify accounts have been hacked because of this and more...

Even if all this would be a smear campaign, then the privacy of this app still is debatable and one review even says that it only works with mobile data instead of wi-fi? Wtf?

I wanted to give it a look, but all this is not very convincing.

So do you think that all those reviews are fake as well, or what? Nevertheless, most reviews are negative anyways with 3 stars at most, complaining about laggs and stuff...

Yep, or uneducated understanding of the app. Plus people love to jump on the hate train. I bet many dont even use the app but will smear it anyway. I dont believe one bit it only works on mobile data. That user probably had Wifi off or some isolated issue.
