Nice idea, but to me this would make STALKER lose its charm somewhat. I respect they're layering it over vanilla SoC rather than requiring other mods to it.

Either way, it better still include cheeki breeki!

Call of Pripyat would have been a better candidate IMO. It ran so well without feeling broken and unfinished...

Mind you they may have fixed all if that now.

Raytracing on the XRay engine.... Oh boy! I see trouble ahead. Just go with the "Complete" mod from ModDB and be happy with 3 cracking games.
