Pretty annoying they say nothing about Pascal and the graphs are basically useless.

Most from nvidia are. They always appear vague and interpret them differently.

This driver at least seems to have fixed the CPU throttling issue that the hot fix failed to rectify.

That's the idea. If you had an i7 with 32gb of ram and didn't get 18% increase in performance at 1080p it will be your fault. You had a different motherboard or different ram or different drivers somewhere or additional data on you drive or the moon was in a different phase. These are no different to MPG stats from car manufacturers. "well we got these results in a wind tunnel on a perfectly flat smooth service with controlled air quality and temperature, its not their fault you drive in the cold and wet on F$*%£d roads. real results you'll be lucky if you get a few FPS. Its not lying as they got those results, once, in a controlled environment but it is misleading to advertise these increases
