The Wooting Two Analog Gaming Keyboard has been announced

This is a really cool idea but I'm not sure how well it would work. I see the value in gaming but it looks like these keys would feel like crap typing. Gotta feeling this would be either a love it or hate it keyboard. Still, kudos to them for trying something different. Not many companies doing that these days. I'm kind of a keyboard junkie and have several different ones that I rotate around all the time. I'd have to try this before buying it but I'd definitely be interested in trying it.

The original Wooting One already has these features and the keyboard can act as a normal mechanical keyboard at the push of a button. Feels very similar to cherry MX switches.

Read Bryan's review of the Wooting One here. I have a Wooting One here and I love it.

Still a rip-off. Idk why keyboards are so expensive. I remember my dad way back when bought a mechanical keyboard for $20.

Why on Earth would I spend $140 for one now?

Wooting hasn't even announced the pricing yet of this keyboard yet. Is it even worth complaining about the price until the kickstarter begins?

Not complaining at all. It has more features and is physically bigger. The old one was $140. What makes you think it'll be much less?

I'm not saying that it will cost less, just that the price of around that much is fairly reasonable these days for a keyboard with these features. It is also likely that early birds on the Kickstarter will get a lower price as well.

Wooting offers some unique features that nobody else has ATM, so pricing that is similar to other RGB gaming keyboards is very reasonable IMHO.

TBH I would love to see a non-RGB version of this to get the price down and provide gamers with a cheaper entry point. RGB is an expensive feature to implement.
