Don't get this.

It ALWAYS happens.

They'll show it at E3 running on 4 Titan V's or something equally ridiculous, then scale it back so the average user can run it.

Either way, I'm super stoked that a sequel is coming.

Nah no one has done it as bad as ubisoft with Watch dogs. It caused an absolute storm in how back the scaled it and how many features they removed e.g. the storm and wind. Cape flowing in response to the wind etc.

It wasn't only scaled back. it was just taken out of the game completely.

I really really really hope they took onboard the suggestions many users were asking for, For years, Like guilds, A proper base of operations, More movement options for greater feel of freedom etc... while TD1 was a brilliant game, It seemed extremely limited and that at least to me made it seem quite annoying as the potential was there for an amazing game but Ubisoft did not listen at all.

Having put over a 1000 hours in at 1, funnily enough I am only very mildly curious about 2 and will see what happens after release before I decide to buy or not. I'll explain.

Like dice said, they didn't listen at all. I am sorely disappointed that massive is again developing it; they are clueless as to what they're doing and should stick to just Uplay updates and just dance.
They should take a page from the the AC origins team; users ask anew game plus, shortly after it's done, etc. They don't make excuses and sit on their hands.

Then, at the end the day 1 is just empty with very little content. Instead they stuffed it with game modes filler (a recent ubi trend).

Ultimately I fear that they will repeat their mistakes with 2 thus I remain skeptical and weary.

Unless they've switched some of the team up, I don't think I'll be bothering tbh
