Nope, on a day to day basis, you won’t. These tests test the phones to the ther limits, no daily app such as browser, Facebook, Snapchat etc that people use today, none uses even 50% of the phones capacity. Not even games does.

I've owned a deliberately slowed down Apple device (original Ipad) and it was awful. Trust me, I noticed it straight away. Everything was like I was walking in treacle. Web pages took ages to open etc.

They will notice it, especially as hefty as it is. Most Apple devices are terribly underpowered any way because of all of the crayon eye candy crap going on.
