This map is 23x larger than the Britain Isles map from Total War: Attila.

This game is turning out to be incredibly different in terms of formula. Compared to other TW games. They seem to be really trying to shake things up. I wonder if that should be an indication of the next Historical titles design

Well, like most Total War games the replayability usually comes from playing different factions. This game will have ten playable factions, so there should be room to replay after your first campaign.

While the map here is "just the UK" (It also includes Ireland :P), it will be the different start locations and differences between each of the ten factions that will be where the real variety comes. It may just be the British Isles, but it is still a huge map.
