Intel's i7 8700K has been delidded and pictured

The 8700K's die size is much larger than Kaby Lake.

Read more on Coffee Lake's die size and delidding prospects.

Counting hours until tomorrow.

Tom is it possible for you to include delidded CPUs into reviews? Intel TIM is seriously restrictive to the point that it is becoming insulting. Days when you needed razor, patience, steady hands, and complete leave of your senses are long gone. With delidding tools it is easier.

For 100th time, its not the TIM that's the problem, it is the glue

I the change in PINout is probably not because of Coffee lake, 8cores to come?
